WIN, is a leader in disability services for adults and children with disabilities. Our services are growing and we are seeking applicants for the following positions:

Residential Support Workers - One full time position supporting adults in their home and the community,

Various Casual - Supporting adults or children in various settings.

Qualifications for all positions: Directly related education and/or a minimum of two years working with people with disabilities is preferred. A Disabilities Studies, or Degree in Human Services would be beneficial, although overall backgrounds will be considered. Successful applicants will receive on the job training and are expected to continue their growth and development.

All wage rates are based on education and experience. WIN also offers a comprehensive benefit package which includes Employer contributed RRSP contributions, vision, dental, health plans and more.
